What is the waste markup?
Failed prints, supports and purge material use extra filament. 5–10 % is a common rule of thumb.
What is a realistic wear cost per hour?
Nozzle, build plate, belts and fans wear out. 5–15 cents per print hour is a rough assumption – adapt it to your printer.
